How to set up your Voicemail Greetings
We have 2 options for voicemail greetings. Unavailable and Busy.
Unavailable is when your phone is set to DND or you don’t answer the call. Busy is if you’re on the phone.
To record your Unavailable Message
Dial *97 from your phone and then enter your voicemail Password.
Select 0 for mailbox options
Select 1 to record your unavailable message. Record your message and press #. You will then be asked to do the following
Press 1 to accept – this will save the message
Press 2 to listen – this will playback what you recorded
Press 3 to rerecord – this will allow you to start again.
